Quite disappointed...

Honestly, it’s totally out of my expectation. The stock that I ordered should be delivered to my home address. However, the stocks are STILL in your co-operated shop, as and I’m requested to take it all by myself, which it’s far away form my home and even my work place. As the outbreak of Coronavirus, I’m willing to stay at home rather than spend my spare time on the transportation to get there and take my stock. As what I ordered not only the hand sanitizer gels, and also 3 bottle of body wash and soap. I could not understand why I cannot take all at the same time, and separated to take it at different time and different location. As I’m a customer and it’s my first time to purchase your product, I’m truly unsatisfied.

Dear Valued Customer, We are very sorry about the inconvenience experienced with your order. Unfortunately, the laws for shipping alcohol products was changed after we took your order. Alcohol products are now classified as dangerous goods by couriers so we are no longer able to ship alcohol products to retail customers in Hong Kong. As soon as we got permission to ship out alcohol products to our distributor in HK, we asked them to include your items with their delivery. This was the only viable option available to insure you could still received your alcohol products in this difficult time. We apologize again for the problems incurred and thank you for understanding in this matter.
